Trice Technologies Holdings Inc

Effective

How Trice collects, uses, and protects personal information, including business records, AI-assisted processing, and SMS consent.

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Trice Technologies Holdings Inc ("Trice," "we," "us," or "our") provides the Trice websites, applications, workspaces, and related communications. This Privacy policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information in connection with those services.

When a business uses Trice to manage information about its customers, workers, or other contacts, that business may control the purposes for which its records are used. We process those records to provide the service and follow the business's authorized instructions, subject to our agreements and applicable law. For requests about records controlled by a business using Trice, contact that business first; you can also contact us for help identifying the appropriate route.

2. Information we collect

We receive information directly from you, from people who use or administer your business workspace, from connected services you authorize, and automatically when you interact with the service. Please provide only information you are entitled to share and that is needed for the task.

3. How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts; provide workspaces and requested features; process files and requests; help organize and communicate about work; maintain records; respond to support requests; deliver messages you request or consent to; manage authorized billing; troubleshoot and improve reliability; prevent fraud and misuse; honor privacy and account choices; and meet legal obligations.

Optional data-use or communication choices, where available, are described in the relevant settings or enrollment flow. We do not treat a request for service or acceptance of general terms as consent to unrelated promotional communication.

We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for targeted advertising. We do not use SMS opt-in information for third-party marketing or advertising.

4. AI-assisted processing

When you use an AI-assisted feature, relevant prompts, messages, conversation context, selected business records, or uploaded content may be sent to an AI service provider to perform the requested task. Depending on the feature, this can include text extracted from documents or image content. The content processed depends on the feature and your request.

External AI providers process information under the service arrangements that apply to them. Processing and retention depend on the provider and feature. Optional uses for model improvement, if offered, will be described separately with applicable choices. You can use available account settings to manage optional data-use preferences. We do not sell your content or share it for targeted advertising.

5. How information is disclosed

We disclose information when needed in the following circumstances:

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell, rent, transfer, or share SMS opt-in lists or consent for another sender's use. Messaging providers may process phone numbers, message content, and delivery information solely to carry out and support the messaging service; this does not transfer consent to another business.

6. Mobile information and SMS privacy

If you use Trice texting, we may process your mobile number, message content and replies, message identifiers, timestamps, delivery status, consent source and date, and STOP or other preference records. We use this information to respond, deliver authorized service messages, prevent duplicates or abuse, and honor your choices.

We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is separate from account signup and general terms. Texting us permits replies to your conversation, not automatic enrollment in unrelated recurring messages.

Message frequency varies with your interactions and the notifications you request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You may receive a confirmation after opting out. We may retain a record of your opt-out so that we can honor it. For support, email support@trice.live. See our SMS terms, program details, and SMS privacy notice.

7. Cookies, browser storage, and analytics

Trice uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for sign-in, session security, preferences, workspace selection, and draft or interface state. Service logs and usage information help us understand reliability and improve the product. Available analytics preferences can be managed through the relevant account settings.

We do not use your personal information for third-party targeted advertising. You can manage browser storage through your browser settings, although blocking or clearing it may sign you out or remove local preferences and drafts. A draft stored only in your browser is not necessarily backed up or available on another device.

8. Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including providing the service, maintaining records for an active business, honoring consent and opt-out choices, resolving disputes, preventing misuse, and meeting applicable legal or accounting obligations. The appropriate period depends on the type of information and the reason it is retained.

Closing a personal account is different from closing a business workspace. Business records shared with other authorized users, transaction and financial records, security records, and limited evidence needed to complete or document deletion may remain when appropriate. Deletion from active systems and backups may occur on different schedules. We do not promise that closing an account immediately erases every related record.

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion through available account controls or by emailing support. We will explain any applicable limits on a request.

9. Security and processing locations

We use access controls and other measures designed to protect information and restrict unauthorized access. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Keep your sign-in methods private and contact us if you believe an account or record has been accessed improperly.

Trice and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Privacy laws may differ between countries. Where applicable law requires additional protections for cross-border processing, we will use the required protections.

10. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision about a privacy request. These rights can be subject to exceptions, identity verification, and the rights of others. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Send requests or appeals to support@trice.live and describe your relationship to Trice and what you are requesting. We may ask for information needed to verify and locate the relevant records. Do not email passwords, full payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive documents. If a business customer controls the records, we may direct the request to that business or assist it in responding. You may also contact the privacy regulator responsible for your jurisdiction where applicable.

You can change device permissions in device settings, use available account preferences, and opt out of SMS by replying STOP. Withdrawing optional consent does not affect processing that lawfully occurred before withdrawal or processing required for another valid purpose.

11. Children

Trice is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact support so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Business users are responsible for having authority to provide information about other people.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service or applicable requirements change. We will show the effective date and provide additional notice of material changes where required. We will obtain additional permission where required before applying materially different uses to information collected under an earlier promise.

For privacy questions or requests, contact Trice Technologies Holdings Inc at support@trice.live.
